Zerveas Villas, a complex of five independent, luxurious, stone-built residences with their private swimming pools, are ideally located on a hillside, in a residential area near the famous village of Stoupa, in Mani (Messinia Prefecture) in the Peloponnese region of Greece.
The villas combine natural materials such as stone, wood, marble, in perfect harmony with the architectural style of the Mani region. From the large, fully furnished verandas and the spacious terraces of the pools, our guests can enjoy the stunning sea views, the breathtaking sunset and the unique beauty of the landscape that is offered by the panoramic position of the villas.
Each residence is surrounded by trees, flowers and bushes that provide an oasis of privacy, peace and serenity for our visitors. Close by, just 5 minutes drive away, the touristic village of Stoupa has a variety of restaurants (tavernas) with local dishes, romantic bars, an ATM Bank as well as plenty of shops for all needs and preferences. This charming village and the cosmopolitan Kalogria have beaches which are famous for their crystal, calm waters and their golden sand. Along the coastline, there are other picturesque seaside villages like Kardamili, Agios Nikolaos, Trachila, with traditional tower houses, narrow quaint streets, romantic spots and unspoiled beaches.
The villages of Mount Taygetos with their Byzantine churches, the Mani Towers full of history, the traditional taverns with local specialties and good wine, the footpaths with rare herbs and the tranquil scenery will charm even the most demanding visitor.

Main level
The main level consists of a spacious living area with fireplace, LCD satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The living room, dining room and kitchen occupy an open plan area with access to a large, fully furnished veranda with an amazing sea view. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, closet and bathroom.
Upper level
An internal staircase connects the main level with the upper level and leads up to a second double bedroom with bedside tables, closet, dressing table with mirror and en suite shower room. Access to a side balcony with mountain and sea views.
Pool level
The pool level is connected to the main level with an external staircase and consists of a spacious, 40sq.m. (431sq.ft.) guest room with two single beds with bedside table, dressing table with mirror, LCD satellite TV, fully equipped kitchenette, small fridge, microwave and bathroom. Access to fully furnished, sheltered, large veranda and pool terrace.

Villa Nefeli is a lovely, stone-built villa, comfortably furnished in contemporary style. It is 170sq.m (1830sq.ft.) and covers three levels.
Main level
The main level consists of a spacious living area with fireplace, LCD satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dining, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils.
The living, dining and kitchen are in an open plan area with access to a large, fully furnished veranda with magnificent views over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Messinia and coastline. On the same floor there is a twin bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, closet and shower room with cabin.
Upper level
An internal comfortable staircase connects the main level with the upper level and leads to a double bedroom with bedside tables, closet, dressing table with mirror and en suite bathroom.
